manufacturing are proposed. These additional methods allow us to scale down
exceptional errors, too. Such properties make it possible to scale down microma-
chine tools and micromanipulators without design changes and without the use of
special super-precise methods to obtain the required tolerances. This approach
should allow us to create low-cost and effective microequipment for micromecha-
nical device manufacturing.
