Technical perspective
Once we understand each scenario, we can start thinking about the technical implications
that our models will have. We can start analyzing which technical details we need to add in
order to automate our business processes. In this section, we will start analyzing the tech-
nical assets that will be generated when we model our business process diagram in a
BPMN2 tool that allows us to export the model as an XML file.
Let's start modeling the first version of the sprint management scenario.
