question is rhetorical. After what seems like an eternity, Vellucci senses your discom-
fort and breaks the silence.
“Well, here's what you're going to do,” he states emphatically. “If you hear of

new acquisition that hasn't passed muster with UX, march right in here and let
me know.” He stares at you with steely eyes: “You do
not
need any appointment; just
come on in and give me the data. Deal?”
