8.2 Future Work
This code was implemented using image processing in MATLAB, It can be implemented by
using SCILAB which have the required toolboxes, and it is free to use which can also be used
in LINUX and for which reduce the cost even more sine it is an open source, but SCILAB is
harder to deal with rather than MATLAB.
The same approach that was used in this project can be used to detect the traffic congestion
in a street and therefore control the traffic light signaling depending on the numbers of cars in
the street, which can reduce the congestion on the streets.
