Cancers of various kinds: 367 (70.2 percent)
Single-gene disorders: 57 (10.9 percent)
Other diseases or disorders: 60 (11.5 percent)
Infectious diseases: 39 (7.5 percent)
By disease, among the most frequently targeted single-gene disorders
Cystic fibrosis: 23
