4.1 Reliability analysis
In this study, Alpha coefficients were calculated in
purpose to test three main independent variables
which were rewards and motivation, empowerment
and work environment. Table 1 below represented
the Cronbach's Alpha rating.
Referring to the above table, it indicates the
result of the reliability test for variables in purpose
to determine the reliability of the data. According
to Salkind (2006), a value of .00 or less indicates
non reliability. Sekaran (2003) stated when the
results show that the number is closer to 1.00, the
higher the internal consistent reliability of the vari-
able. The result shows that the highest Alpha coef-
ficient score is rewards and motivation with 0.818
which indirectly represents the most reliable part
of the questionnaire.
