5 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the implementation of the restau-
rant grading system is important to maintain the
cleanliness of food. The displayed grades will
assist customers in selecting restaurant, as well as
serving as an encouragement for restaurant opera-
tors to keep their premise clean consistently. How-
ever, the customers still need to be educating with
the importance of food safety and the grading sys-
tem as a threshold to select any restaurant by any
potential customer locally or internationally.
