Chinese Muslim restaurant the questionnaire devel-
opment will be utilized. This study employed the
use of a quantitative research design. The 7-point
Likert scale questionnaires will be given to the tar-
get respondents' at Chinese Muslim restaurants in
Shah Alam area. This is because Shah Alam has
higher population and has many of races.
A cross sectional study will be use where data
will be gathered just once at the same point of
time. Then, convenience sampling technique will
be adapted in collecting data process. Convenience
sampling is most often used because it is the best
way of getting some basic information quickly and
efficiently (Hair Money, Samouel & Page, 2007).
Thus, in order to answer research objectives
and research questions this study will use two
main methods for data analysis which descrip-
tive statistics and multiple regressions. The mini-
mum number of sample sizes in this study will
be between 384-400 total of respondents. In this
research, the data that will be collected will be ana-
lyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social
Science (SPSS) computer program.

Hence, with scant study done in the area of Chi-
nese Muslim restaurant warrant some empirical
investigation in particular pertaining to customer
perception of food quality that influence customer
satisfaction towards their revisit intention at Chi-
nese Muslim Restaurant.

SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY
The findings of this study will contribute to the
significance in two aspects. Hopefully, this study
will be advantageous to foodservice operators or
the owner of food establishments' especially Chi-
nese Muslim restaurant as a guideline for them
to examine what are the influences of customer
perception on Halal food quality towards their
satisfaction to revisit in Chinese Muslim restau-
rant. In the academic perspectives, the originality
of this research could contribute to a new body
of knowledge especially restaurant owners and
extend the body of literature on the current issue
and situation that recently happen in foodservice
establishment.

5 CONCLUSION
Although this research is still ongoing, but in other
studies found that Halal food quality is impor-
tant in our society, especially for Muslim as it is
compulsory to consume Halal food. Halal Indus-
try Development and Corporation (2014) men-
tioned that Selangor become one of the states that
were incorporated in the project of Halal Hub in
Malaysia. Nowadays, demands for Chinese Mus-
lim food are increasing. However, Halal food qual-
ity has become challenging for Chinese Muslim
restaurant operator to retain the Halal certifica-
