You'll notice the acres of grapes stretching out in every direction on your way into town.
Winemakers around Ukiah enjoy much of the same climatic conditions that made Napa so
famous. Pick up a wineries map from the Ukiah chamber of commerce. Tasting fees are
generally around $5.
Parducci Wine Cellars WINERY

Sustainably grown, harvested and produced, 'America's Greenest Winery' produces af-
fordable, bold, earthy reds. The tasting room, lined in brick and soft light, is a perfect little
cave-like environment to get out of the summer heat, sip wine and chat about sustainabil-
ity practices.
