The charming owners are justly proud of their 23-room Italianate-Victorian's gorgeous ori-
ginal details, including brass chandeliers and Carrara-marble fireplaces. Airy rooms are
bedecked with oriental rugs and period antiques. Take breakfast in the formal dining room,
and nightcaps of brandy and chocolate by the fire.
