In-Depth Information
There's this perfectly legal Native American-owned den of vice right in the heart of down-
town Palm Springs, as well as other gambling halls off I-10. Vegas they ain't.
Shopping
Central Palm Springs has two main shopping districts along N Palm Canyon Dr, divided
by Alejo Rd. North of Alejo, Uptown is more for art and design(-inspired) shops, while
Downtown (south of Alejo) is ground zero for souvenirs and fun clothing. Given the city's
demographic, vintage clothing stores flourish here like few other places. West of town is a
destination outlet mall.
