Go back to the 1800s in this curious building transplanted from Bodie that's completely
furnished with antiques and rumored to be haunted. The bold Victorian wallpaper and
striking bordello accoutrements more than make up for the slightly run-down feel. If no
one's there, poke your head inside the Sportsmens Bar & Grill next door to rustle up an
employee.
Hays Street Cafe AMERICAN

On the south end of town, this country-style place prides itself on its many homemade
items, including its biscuits and gravy, and cinnamon rolls as big as bricks.

Excellent hot and cold sandwiches and filling salads (no iceberg lettuce!) and great prices
make this small grill a popular spot. Meat lovers should aim for the prime rib French dip.

Stop in at the country kitchen dining room of this whitewashed 1877 building for burgers,
