Mia Casa, close to the Kennedy Town tram terminus, has 33 clean rooms just large enough
to swing a cat in. A bed occupies 70% of that; the rest is split between a tiny bathroom and a
luggage rack. Some suites have balconies. It's a good option if you just need a clean bed to
sleep in.

storey and the floor-to-ceiling windows allow a lot of natural light. You also get space (the
flats are 120 sq metres and the studios are 30 to 40 sq metres) and impeccable taste here.
The kitchens come with designer cooking utensils, crockery, stemware and laundry facilit-
ies. Prices include membership to a gym nearby.
