South China's most famous pork-chop bun is made here - a shop founded in 1960 as a street
stall by the mother of the current owner. Succulent slices of pork (or slivers of fish) are
coupled with warm, chewy buns that emerge from the oven daily at 2pm sharp.

This welcoming place run by a Portuguese former lawyer is known for its well-executed
fish dishes and Portuguese classics. If you'd like, Banza could also recommend a bottle

Despite its location on the touristy Rua da Cunha, charming O Santos keeps its standards up.
Patrons have been coming back for the chicken and rice in blood and friendly banter with
the owner (a former naval chef) for 20 years.
