Sunburned beach-goers gather for house-made sausages and burgers on artisan buns at this
hip new surf-themed weekend spot, right on the water in Pui O. Many of the vegies are
grown on the restaurant's own farm, the meat and dairy used are hormone-free, and menus
are printed on recycled bamboo paper. Wash your meal down with a locally brewed Young
Master Ale.
CAFE

Framed by a backdrop of stilt houses and lush mountains, this sunny terrace right on the wa-

(a pitta bread and vegetable salad) and more before hitting the
beaches or taking the ferry back to Central.
