EATING
While seafood dominates Lamma's culinary palate, the island offers the greatest choice of
eateries and cuisines of any of the Outlying Islands. Most people head directly to the
seafront stretch of Sok Kwu Wan, where fish rule the menus. Many of the restaurants offer a
free ferry back to Central if you dine at their establishment.
Yung Shue Wan, the most populated village, has a vast and eclectic range of inviting res-
taurants, mostly spread along its main street. There are a couple of good spots for refresh-
ment at the remote Mo Tat Wan and Hung Shing Yeh beaches.

wich and shepherdess pie, which all pair well with the carefully selected organic wines. The
cafe is also a secondhand bookshop.

plates of cheap, tasty Indian food in a plant-filled covered patio. A big TV makes this the
place to be when there's a football or rugby match on.
