Ready for a change of air? Head east to the 6 Fringe Club to check out the night's
gig and hang out with artsy hipsters. If you're hungry, go down D'Aguilar St and make
a left into Wo On Lane. Grab some snacks from 7 Sharkie's then plant yourself at the
relaxing 8 amphitheatre for as long as you want.
Once recharged, walk up to 9 Peel Fresco on Peel St for great jazz. Wrap up the
night at a Senses 99 where a jamming session may still be on, or in friendly b Club
71 .

Charming Peel Fresco has live jazz six nights a week, with local and overseas acts perform-
ing on a small but spectacular stage next to teetering faux-Renaissance paintings. The action
starts around 9.30pm, but go at 9pm to secure a seat.

The Fringe, housed in a Victorian building (c 1892) that was part of a dairy farm, offers ori-
ginal music in the Dairy several nights a week, with jazz, rock and world music getting the
most airplay. The intimate theatres host eclectic local and international performances. The
Fringe sits on the border of Lan Kwai Fong.
The Fringe is a listed building with red-and-white brickwork on its facade known as
'blood and bandages'.
