A trattoria opened by celebrity chef Mario Batali, Lupa specialises in rustic New York-style
Italian food that includes fried whitebait, pasta with rabbit ragu, and chewy pizzas. Despite
word that Lupa doesn't measure up to Batali's outlets in New York, our only complaint was

ents are often slow-cooked then painstakingly paired with sauces to preserve and highlight
their flavours.
