Shopping in this small farmers' market in the middle of a leafy Pimlico square is
a really pleasant experience. Wild Country Organics' tiny round courgettes, vivid
orange squash, firm aubergines and crimson tomatoes are almost too beautiful to
cook with. As well as growing their own sorrel, pak choi and mustard greens, they
