absorption products. It can be
seen that with increasing SO

from 0 to 500 ppm, both the NO

concentrations vary slightly all the while (i.e., a slight decrease from 4.9×10

mol/L and the corresponding increase from 5×10

to 1.1×10
-5
mol/L for
the former and latter, respectively). These changes indicate that the proportion of
the NO
2
redox reactions becomes smaller and that of the NO
2
hydrolysis is
enhanced.
