Only in Shanghai, perhaps, could a former French nunnery be converted into a museum-
restaurant filled with old train carriages, in which you can dine. The food is classic Shang-
hainese, with sautéed fresh shrimp, lion's-head meatballs, stewed pork ribs, and fried and
steamed fish from the nearby shallow lakes and rivers.
