13.5 Summary
This chapter introduced the AcceleratedSAP (ASAP) methodology for implementation of SAP
CRM. Beginning with understanding why SAP projects tend to be complex, this chapter dis-
cussed the background and context of SAP ASAP. We also presented an overview of the various
phases of the SAP CRM implementation, namely, project preparation, Business Blueprint, realiza-
tion, final preparation, and go live and support.
