The purpose of this task is to define the necessary training to be undertaken by the end users
before the Go-Live Phase:
1. Define End-User Documentation Plan.
2. Compile End-User Documentation.
3. Prepare End-User Training Plan.
4. Prepare End-User Training Instructor Material.
5. Prepare End-User Training Material.
13.2.3.12 Quality Check Realization Phase
This is the final verification of the completion of all tasks involved with the project Realization
Phase.
The SAP-recommended checklist for the Realization Phase is as follows:
1. Verify the completion of Project Team status and Steering Committee meeting.
2. Validate the completion of the cutover plans.
3. Ensure a team building activity has been undertaken or is scheduled.
4. Validate the completion of the Project Team training.
5. Ensure that System Test Plans are developed and Service-Level commitment defined.
6. Validate the configuration of the Global Settings, Organizational Structure, and the Baseline
Scope.
7. Review the Baseline Confirmation approval and sign-off.
8. Confirm setup of the QA system.
9. Confirm the setup of the production system.
10. Validate the configuration of the Final Scope and sign-off of the Final Confirmation.
11. Verify the migration of tested conversions, application interfaces, enhancements, reports,
and layout sets.
12. Validate the creation of authorizations, and review the sign-off of the authorization design.
