13.2.2.5.2 Prepare Business Blueprint
The Business Blueprint document details the business process requirements and serves as the refer-
ence document for the subsequent customization and development activities.
As a part of the preparation of the Business Blueprint, the following subtasks are also
performed:
1. Perform Organizational Optimization Analysis.
This subtask performs the fine-tuning of the organizational, reporting relationships, coor-
dinations, etc., resulting from the information gathered in the detailed process workshops.

2. Revise Project Organization and Roles.
This task deals with refining the project organization roles in light of the information gath-

This task involves consolidation of all the compiled Q&Adb into a central database and
generates the Business Blueprint that is the main deliverable of this phase.
