Mobile Sales Handheld provides the necessary tools to retrieve customer account information,
access product and pricing information, manage customer visits and calls, manage opportunities,
and create quotations and orders. However, due to limited screen real estate, memory, and process-
ing power, handheld devices support relatively light sales applications and do not offer the data
processing functionalities of a laptop or tablet PC solution. While sales professionals can perform
basic sales-related tasks, there is no support for (say) contract management or analytics.
