This part has four chapters, which cover respectively the four main components of the SAP CRM.
Chapters 8 and 9 are on the heart of the SAP CRM system—the various application modules
catering to the customer-facing or front-office-related functional requirements of different areas
of the enterprise. Chapter 10 is on SAP CRM's operating environment and related products.
Chapter 11 is on SAP NetWeaver, which is the complete development and operating environment

SAP CRM did not develop in isolation from the IT industry in general. The design and architec-

of several outstanding features available in SAP more meaningful.
