1. Beginning at the Visitor Center, follow Battlefield Tour Loop Road counterclockwise around the bat-
tlefield to Battlefield Road, and turn left.
2. Follow Battlefield Road southwest; then circle right around the west side of the Chalmette Monument,
head straight past the Visitor Center, and turn left.
