riddled with Wi-Fi cafés; several are within a few blocks of the train station on Rue
Jeanne d'Arc.

has nothing but English-language books—some Amer-
ican, but mostly British (Tue-Sat 10:00-18:00, closed Sun-Mon, south of St. Ouen
