The BAM server was unable to register an AdminServer MBean due to the
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
exception that was thrown.

Eventually the stuck thread was able to self-tune and eventually unstuck it-
self.
No action was needed in this scenario, but the root cause was identified by util-
izing the thread dump and log files.
