The RefEdit control in action.
This mechanism by which the function works is quite simple. The ranges returned by the RefEdit
control will have a “:” in them if multiple cells are selected.
Examples: Sheet1!R11C5:R20C8
Sheet1!$E$11: $H$20
However, if only a single cell is selected, no “:” will be present in the range returned by the RefEdit control.
Examples: Sheet1!R13C13 Sheet1!$M$13
