A green oasis, at the heart of urban Jersey, a lovely place to pass some time. The military
cemetery close to St Like's Church is a quiet place for reflection.
The Park was a gift to the people of Jersey from T.B. Davis who officially opened the Park
on the 30 th September 1939. It was donated in memory of his son Howard, who was killed
in the First World War.
Several times during the course of the year there are evening musical events held on the
main stage.
Jersey Lavender : A working lavender farm in St Brelade, which produces its own range
of products. The harvesting season is from the beginning of June until about the middle
of August although it is open to the public from about the end of March until the middle
of September. Situated on Rue de Pont Marquet it is just a short walk from the buses at
Red Houses. There is plenty of parking for those with their own transport. After the visit
