General Information
Buses:
LibertyBus
operates an Island wide bus service with all routes radiating out from
Liberation Station in St Helier. There is a significant increase in the frequency of the buses
during the summer months, so the visitor during the winter months may struggle to visit all
the corners of the island if they are relying exclusively on the buses.
Individual and family passes are available for 1,3 and 5 days as well as weekends.

Car Hire:
There are a number of hire car companies on the Island, which offer competitive
deals for the visitors to Jersey. This includes the large multi-national companies as well as
some smaller local firms. A number have offices at the Airport whereas others are based in
St Helier. There may be reductions with some companies depending upon which airline you
have flown to the Island. As a general rule drivers need to be over 21 years of age, although
there may be a surcharge for those drivers under 25.

Coach Tours:
There are a couple of coach companies on the Island, which offer a variety
of tours around many of the visitor attractions to be found on Jersey. A full day tour is an
excellent way to gain a perspective of the Island, so that you can decide which areas, in your
opinion merit further visits and exploration.
