Bottle-to-bottle recycling is unlikely to present a cost advantage given the
high-cost super-cleaning necessary to create a quality recyclate. But from
a sustainability standpoint, it is a particularly valuable technology as it
conserves material, energy use, and the associated pollution footprint
(including the carbon emissions).
