The organization features a range of members from newbies to grizzled
veterans. GANG is a great resource for all things game audio related. Here
you can i nd everything, from sample contracts and advice on pricing to
panel talks and high-level networking events. GANG is an important part of
the game audio community and has chapters around the world. The GANG
awards ceremony for excellence in game audio and music (presented
during the GDC) is the closest thing the game-audio world has to the
Oscars (i.e., it of ers recognition from peers and colleagues for excellent-
quality work in design or originality in creating sound or music for games).

This group (pronounced “eye-ay-sig”) sits under the umbrella of the MMA
(MIDI Manufacturers Association). The main mission of the IASIG is to
