indeed unlawful:

libelous, abusive, violent,
obscene, vulgar, invasive
of another's privacy,
hateful, racially or
ethnically offensive, or
otherwise objectionable”
A long list of content or
service exclusions
including bulk
solicitations, data
mining, “unlawful,
harassing, libelous,
abusive, harassing,
tortious, defamatory,
threatening, harmful,
abusive, libelous,
invasive of another's
privacy, vulgar,
obscene or otherwise
objectionable material
of any kind or nature or
which is harmful to
minors in any way”
(some of this is lawful
content!); infringing,
harmful code, robots or
other activity harmful
to the service,
unauthorized access
(see 18 U.S.C. § 1030)
or “harass or interfere
with another user's use
