Lion Safari Camp
It was another 15-minute ride off the main road that leads to, and through Sasangir Na-
tional Park and Sasangir main village, on a very rutted, dusty and bumpy road to Lion Safari
Camp (campsofindia.com), nestled next to Hiran River.
Lion Safari Camp is a new luxury jungle safari camp with 20 luxury tents, accommodat-
ing around 40 persons on twin-sharing basis. All the tents are air conditioned, have en-suite
bathrooms, hot/cold running water, and air conditioning (a/c was definitely not needed when
we were there).
