Azul operates one daily flight (1hr) between
Salvador and the tiny airport outside Coronel Octaviano
Alves (20km from Lençóis), where taxis will take you into
town (R$40) or to destinations inside the Parque Nacional
da Chapada Diamantina.
By bus

journey from Salvador to Lençóis, all arriving at the main
rodoviária
in town; departures at the time of research were
7am, 1pm, 5pm & 11pm (R$63.20). Buses return to
