Moreover, the nearby new park is one of the ambitious projects to improve
the quality of life for the whole sector. This project has special significance
because there have been a lot of debates about it in the media in the years
since the relocation of Imbaba airport and the availability of its former site
for development. Various stakeholders participated in different stages—
from the preliminary concept to the various surveys to assessing needs
and priorities (Figure 4.6) [8].
