or some other vital part of the process to
arrive, or, for example, wanting to get on
with the rendering before the end of
September but the windows still haven't
been made. Don't start building until you're
sure you're absolutely ready - waiting
another couple of months isn't the end of
the world if you'd otherwise be spending the
same time worrying about your building.
There is no substitute for good planning and
preparation.
