Clustal Omega is available on-line for interactive usage. Two sites
offering Clustal Omega are:
Clustal Omega source code and executables can be down-
loaded from
http://www.clustal.org/omega/
.
Executables are provided for Linux (32/64 bit), Mac (64 bit),
Windows (32 bit) and FreeBSD (32/64 bit).
To compile Clustal Omega from source one has to un-tar the
distribution and cd into the un-tar-ed directory, configure and
make. For example, if the tar-ball is called Clustal-Omega-1.0.3
then a typical installation might require (do not type the “$”, this is
