he planet Nibia is in crisis. Rebel forces have taken control of the capital. An
energy reactor powering the planet has ruptured, throwing the citizens into a
panic. And to top it of, both the Klingon Empire and the United Federation of
Planets have sent emissaries to try to negotiate a treaty with the unaligned world.
he Federation team, consisting of Captain James Tiberius Kirk, Commander
Spock, Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy, and Communications Oice Nyota Uhura,
beam down to the planet. Only by working together can the group hope to solve
all three crises at the same time. While Kirk is using every point of his Diplomacy
and Command status (currently at a high level of 10) to negotiate with the Nibian
President, Spock is helping to rebuild the power generator with his Analysis and
Engineering skills. As a fellow science oicer, Dr. McCoy is lending support to
Spock, while Uhura is putting all her Stealth power to good use ighting the
rebels. With these crises on their hands, the oicers will need to muster as many
supplies, additional crew members, and resources as they can in order to save the
planet from ecological disaster, ind out who is leading the rebel forces (spoiler
alert: it is the Klingons), and usher in a new wave of peace and prosperity for the
Nibian people by allying them with the Federation.
Elsewhere, across the table, lotilla of Federation ships approaches a leet of
Klingon destroyers. Already having placed control inluence on a number of
sectors, the Klingon leet is attempting to amass more control by constructing a
Starbase along the Federation border. he IKS Maht-H'a is at Yellow Alert and
is in danger of being destroyed by the combined forces of the USS Enterprise
(NCC-1701-A) and the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E). Scarred and battle-
weary, the Maht-H'a plays one crew card to end her turn, hoping that K'Ehleyr
(Commander Worf 's one-time lame and emissary to the Federation) will protect
her from the dual assault. Still, as they say, “ batlh Hegh! 1
