Cloudera Impala
Cloudera Impala allows users to query data stored in HDFS at real-time speeds. It uses
SQL-like query commands similar to that in Apache Hive to query data. Unlike Hive,
which is used for long running batch queries, Impala is used for quick data processing and
analytics, and also does not create MapReduce jobs to execute queries.
