GETTING AROUND
Air
The national network mainly uses Kyiv as a hub. To fly from Lviv to Donetsk or from Sim-
feropol to Kharkiv, for example, you almost always need to go through the capital. The
number of domestic flights and carriers has fallen considerably in recent years and fares
are high.
