run the length of pr Lenina between Za-
porizhzhya-1 train station and pl Lenina, but you can bank on trolleybus 3.
Khortytsya Island lies in the Dnipro, 2km southwest of the Dniproges Dam wall. To
get there, take the infrequent
marshrutka
46 from anywhere on pr Lenina. It goes across
the dam and then south along the riverside bul Vintera. Get off as soon it turns right,
away from the river, and walk. Return to bul Vintera and walk for another 700m before
the road turns left to Khortytsya's northern bridge. Once you have crossed it, find a foot-
path leading to the museum on your left.
Alternatively, take a
marshrutka
marked (eg 87 or 58), leaving from the corner of pr
Lenina and pr Metallurgov, and get off after it crosses Khortytsya's southern bridge.
From there, it is a 30-minute walk north to the museum.
