Fish Andriy OFFLINE MAP ( http://ryba.dp.ua/ ; vul Plekhanova 13A; per hr 15uah; 24hr) A
pay-for-time 'anti-cafe', like those in Kyiv, this is primarily a comfortable environment
to fire up your gadget and Skype away with friends. Help yourself to free coffee and lem-
onade. This is also a venue for cultural and educational events organised by the K12
youth initiative, which aims to gentrify the urban environment and local politics. Most
notably, it organises excursions to the city's Airspace Centre, old Soviet plants and an
abandoned Cossack village it wants to revive as an arts venue. There is a smallish hostel
in the premises.
