Creating a Project from PowerPoint Slides
As you've seen by now, movies created with Captivate are based on
slide images that the software automates in a variety of ways. If you
have a set of PowerPoint slides, you can use them as the basis of a
movie by importing the slides into Captivate.
1.
Start the Captivate software. The first screen you'll see will be the
Captivate main menu.
2.
Click
Record or create a new project
to open the New project
options window.
3.
Click
Other
to display the project types that do not involve
recording.

Choose
Import from Microsoft PowerPoint
, and then click
OK
to display a slide browser window.
