Previewing Your Movie
Once you've recorded your actions, Captivate stores each captured
screen and the actions associated with it as a slide. You can preview
the movie at any time to see what it will look like. Captivate will gen-
erate an SWF file and then play it on your screen.
To preview a movie:
1.
With the movie in Storyboard view, press the F4 key or choose
Project from the Preview menu.
2.
The preview window includes some movie control buttons on the
right side of the window. You can use these controls to play, pause,
stop, or fast forward the movie preview, just as you would a VCR.
As you watch, you'll notice a variety of elements that Captivate
has automatically added to the movie for you:
Each slide is given a default display time.
A sound plays that represents each mouse click.
Some areas are surrounded by a highlight box.
Captions with default text are added in some places.
