The Folder text box defaults to the folder that stores the project
files. You can leave this as-is, type a new folder location, or click
the Browse button to browse to the output location.

Specify which of the slides you want to export by entering an
export range. Choose one of the following:
All—Export all slides
Current slide—Export only the slide currently displayed in
Edit view
Selection—Export all selected slides
Slides—Enter the numbers of the slides you want to export

Enter the header and footer text that you want printed on the top
and bottom of each lesson page and select the options you want
included in the output:

Include hidden
slides
Exports the hidden slides. If you don't want the hidden slides on your les-
sons, make sure this option is not selected.
Include quiz ques-
tion slides
Exports the question slides (and includes the answers at the end of the les-
son file).
Include question
pool slides
Includes the question pool slides in the lesson. Note that this option is only
available if you checked the Include quiz question slides option.
8. Click Publish to create a Word file that contains your slides along
with any selected options.
9. A confirmation dialog displays. Click View Output to open
Microsoft Word and display the lesson file.
10. You can edit any of the components in the Word document, includ-
ing text captions and header and footer text, and even delete slides
if necessary.
