Click Ye s to view the Word document containing the captions. The
Word document contains information about all the captions in the
movie (text captions, success captions, failure captions, etc.) in a
table. The actual text is contained in two identical columns.

Make any necessary changes to your captions by editing the text
in the Updated Text Caption Data column, as shown in Figure
14-9.
Note: Do not change anything in the first two columns (Slide ID
and Item ID). Captivate uses this information when you import the
captions back into the project. You can change the text in the Origi-
nal Text Caption Data column if you like, though you may prefer to
keep this text as-is to track the changes as you make them. You can
also use Microsoft Word's track changes feature for this purpose.
