In-Depth Information
Note: Published Captivate movies have two components—an SWF
file and an associated HTM file. Both files will be needed to link to
the movie from MenuBuilder, but you'll only have to select the HTM
file. MenuBuilder will automatically link to the SWF file and include
both files with the project if you select the Save file with project check
box.
4.
For Flash movie links only , select the Save file with project
check box if you want to include the entire movie with the menu
when you export it. If this box is not selected, you'll have to
ensure that the viewer has the same access to the files, and that
they are in the same location, as what you're entering the informa-
tion here.
5.
In the Tooltip box, type text that will display when the viewer rolls
the mouse over the link.
6.
For URL or HTML links only , you may click the Advanced Set-
tings button to set display options for the browser window that
contains the link.
7.
For URL or HTML links only , in the Advanced Settings window,
choose whether you want to open the specified link in the same
window that the menu is in, in a new window using the viewer's
system defaults, or in a window that you've defined. If you choose
to define the window, check the features you want to display or
allow. When you're done defining the window, click OK to close
the Advanced Settings window and return to the New clickbox
window.
8.
Once you've set the clickbox properties, you can click Apply
changes to all items on the New image window to use these set-
tings for all other click box items in the menu.
9.
Click OK to close the New clickbox window and display the click
box in the menu slide.
Note: If you added a new click box item, it displays in the center of
the menu slide. You can click and drag it to a new location, or use
the handles on the sides and corners to resize it.
